Wee Little Changes Mama Rep Program (the fine print)

 

We have developed this program in an effort to grow our business and get the word out about how easy and affordable cloth diapers are!  We are a family run company with a very modest advertising budget.  Our hope is to grow Wee Little Changes by providing excellent customer service and word of mouth advertisement.  This is where you come in...

What we are looking for:

• People that are passionate about cloth diapers and are eager to spread the word to all of their friends and community.
• Accepted web pages could be a blog, facebook, diaper forum, personal webpage or any other family-friendly social networking webpage that is accessible to the general public.
• Mama Reps are encouraged to use our buttons/banners but not required.  If you choose to not use those resources, then you must provide at least one text link reading, "Wee Little Changes" and a few key words like "my one-stop shop for cloth diapers".
• In order to be paid, we must be able to find our button/banner/link back to our site.

The Logistics:

• When you sign up and become an approved Mama Rep, you will be given our store's button/banner/text link that has been especially CODED JUST FOR YOU.  You can find these special links by logging into your account and selecting "Get Links".  You can then copy this code and place it on your webpage.  This is how the system tracks all sales coming from you.
• Every time someone makes a sale generated from your link, you will receive 5-10% of that sale.  You will be sent an automated email with the details.  You can also log into your account at any time to view your commissions.
• This automated tracking is done by cookies, so your customers must be able to accept them for it to work.  The only way it would not work, is if your customer had their security level to the highest level which blocks all cookies (highly unlikely).
• The system will automatically store those cookies for 30 days, so if they come back within that time frame and make a purchase, you get credit!  The system will remember that person and apply your commission.   

Getting Paid:

• Each new Mama Rep will automatically get paid 5-10% of all sales generated from their special link.  Once you have sold $2,500 in sales then your commission will be increased accordingly.
• Commissions are calculated from the net sales price.  This means the order total minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges, sales tax, or gift certificates.
• Mama Reps will earn commissions on all sales generated from new customers as well as repeat customers.
• Commissions in the form of store credit are paid out at the end of each month.
• Commissions in the form of check/paypal are paid out at the end of each month only if there is at least $50 worth of commisions available.  For example, Mama Rep has only accrued $30 in commission for the month of January.  We will not cut her a check at the end of January, but rather wait until the end of the upcoming months when she has reached $50 worth of commissions.

Although we are very excited about this new program and for all of the great Mama Reps, we reserve the right to change or terminate the program at any time.  If we do end up making any changes, we will let our Mama Reps know in advance.  We reserve the right to terminate any Mama Rep at any time if we feel our store's reputation is on the line.  Thank you for understanding.
