We strongly encourage our customers to purchase the optional postal shipping insurance. Wee Little Changes is NOT responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We do ship most packages via Priority Mail that includes delivery confirmation (similar to a tracking number).  Once the package has been picked up by the USPS, it is not replaceable. 

Wee Little Changes does guarantee all INSURED packages!

Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer our customers FREE domestic shipping, as well as to international APO / FPO delivery mailing addresses.  The only exception is for very heavy weight items such as prefolds or detergents (in most cases we have split the cost of what the actual shipping is).  We generally ship through USPS either First Class Mail or Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation), but reserve the right to ship via ground for larger packages.  In general, if the item weighs less than 13 oz. it will be shipped USPS First Class or if an order is more than 3 lbs. it will be shipped USPS Parcel Post (with everything in the middle being shipped USPS Priority Mail).  If you need something expedited, please contact us to discuss before placing your order.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Normally, domestic packages will arrive within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated in the item description or if being shipped direct from the manufacturer. International shipments usually take 6-14 days.  Once your order ships, you will receive a detailed email.  At this time, we are unable to ship internationally for free without an APO / FPO mailing address.
