Terms & Conditions of Newborn Rental from Wee Little Changes

The diapers have been used by another baby during a previous rental. As a general rule, the diapers used in the newborn rental package will only be used by a total of four babies before being retired. Before the diapers are rented to another baby, they will be professionally sanitized and hand inspected by us. If needed, new ones will be rotated in.
Rental period is for a minimum of 60 days (maximum 90 days) starting with the day you receive the package (according to the shipping tracking number). You are responsible for the full rental cost even if you choose to return the diapers early.
Only non-smoking households (including outdoor smokers) are eligible for this program. Sorry, no exceptions.
It is imperative that you wash and care for the diapers as specifically outlined. If you don’t, the diaper’s fabric and/or function will be compromised. Examples are using common household laundry detergents, stain sticks, fabric softeners, bleach and/or anything with fragrances. Wee Little Changes approved cloth diaper safe detergents are Rockin Green Soap, Charlies Soap, Eco's Free & Clear Liquid, or Maggie's Soap Nuts. If you are not sure, please ask before using!
You will not be responsible for baby’s stains and everyday wear of the diapers. You will be responsible for stains as a result of using non-approved diaper creams, non-approved detergents and/or not following the proper instructions for diaper storage, wash and general care. If any diapers are found to be defective due to these reasons, you will be responsible for replacing it at the retail cost.
We ask that you do not use the diapers until the baby has passed the meconium. If you are using A&D ointment/petroleum jelly for healing of the circumcision, please use a flushable liner, fleece liner or another means of keeping it from contact with the diaper fabric.
When the rental period is over, the entire package must be returned to Wee Little Changes on time. On time means, the rental package must be given to the shipping carrier/postmarked on or before the last day of your rental period. You will be given detailed instructions on how to mail the rental package back. There will be no cost to you for shipping unless there is a missing item that didn't make it in the original box. If the diapers are not returned on time, you will not receive the $40 off coupon.
Please make sure the diapers are returned clean and completely dry. Please also ensure that no hair (human and/or pet) is visable on the diapers including all velro closures. Each diaper will be hand inspected by us.
If for any reason you need to cancel your rental, you can do so for a full refund as long as it is requested more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the rental requested start date. Cancellation within 14 days (2 weeks) of the rental start date will be subject to a $40 administration fee.
It is our hope that you will enjoy cloth diapering your newborn and take special care of the diapers for the next baby that wears them.
